IV LED Indication 

Mount the safety switch,do not use the safety switch as a stop. A 1mm gap when closed provides the best results. Mount the switch to the frame and the actuator to the edge of the door opening. Always try to mount the switch on non-ferrous materials.(Ferrous materials may shorten the switching distance.)

V Operation

The MPSS safety switch features up to 2 N/O +1 N/C bi-directional solid state outputs and built-in LEDs for indication.When mounted on a machine guard,energized,and the switch and actuator are within the specified operating range,the N/O output will close and the N/C output will open.

When the actuator moves out of the operating range,the N/O output will open and the N/C ouput will closse.(See LED indication.The MPSS safety switch and the actuator have a switching distance of 7mm and can approach each other from most angles.The target on the printed face of the switch and actuator as a stop,leave a 1-2 mm gap for best operation and tolerance of machine guard vibration.
