Magnetic Guidance Sensor MGS-H24R
Description
MGS-H24R developed by our company is a kind of magnetic guidance sensor (also known as magnetic navigation sensor) used for magnetic track guided AGV. The sensor is installed on the unmanned AGV car. The distance between the sensor and the guide magnetic strip is 5-30mm. During the operation of the car, if the car deviates from the track, the 24 bit switch built in the sensor will have a 1 The status of bit or multi bit will change, and the system will issue various commands according to the different combination codes of sensor switch status, so that the car can run along the track correctly; the 24 bit switches are all output in the way of NPN collector open circuit, and the user can use a switch to control the load with working current less than 30mA according to the needs.
Mgs-h24r is our company's extended guidance sensor. It is made of high sensitive magnetic sensor imported from abroad and large-scale integrated logic processing circuit, which has better sensitivity. As long as the magnetic field at the detection surface of the sensor is higher than 6gs, the offset can be detected; It adds RS-485 serial signal transmission on the basis of mgs-h24 (24 bit switch signal parallel output), which greatly facilitates the data acquisition and processing of customers in the process of using and saves port resources.
