  • Eddy-Current Sensor Products Overview

The ECDS-2001 series eddy current sensors integrate the signal processor and probe into a high-performance eddy current displacement sensor. The probe head is made of polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) engineering plastic through injection molding, which is resistant to high and low temperatures and various chemical corrosions. The probe housing is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the circuit board is encapsulated with epoxy resin, which is moisture-proof, dust-proof and corrosion-resistant, with a protection level reaching IP67. With multiple signal output options, it has been widely applied in industries such as power, petrochemical, metallurgy, and machinery.

Function The speed sensors ECVS-2xx.xx SHx are suitable, in conjunction with
  an Aluminium pole wheel (or other conducting, non-magnetic metal) for
  generating two nominally 90° phase shifted square wave signals
  indicating the rotary speeds and the direction of rotation.

    The outputs are short circuit proof and protected against reverse
  polarity.
