3. Installation & Application:
1.LSZD float level controller uses non-standard male flange linking with controlled tank, users may install with the guid. Size of the male frange should be flanch B.
2.LSZD-01 and LSZD-02 should be installed horizontally,
(1)Frange A is the non-standard male frange in the tank shell.
(2)Flanch B is the non-standard part connected with frange A, users may select the sizes, and please notice to the direction of 6-M10 in the flanch B when weld it to the tank.
4. The Motion limit is level adjustable for LSD-02 float level controller, maximum adjusted to 550mm. Adjustment method: can be made by changing the position of the screw keeper (up/down) in the sector lever( to change the float swinging angle), or remove the cotter and change different connecting rod( to change the float swinging radius).
5. The controller are non-waterproof, should not be used outdoor.
6. The controller should be installed on metal shell(frange) which linking to the earth, to improve electro-safety.
7. The controlled liquid should not be permeability, and wave frequency should not be high.
8. Instruments should be inspected regularly.
