Micro high-speed speed sensor              
Overview
Magnetic resistance (MRVS) gear sensor is developed by using advanced magnetic resistance components sensitive to magnetic field changes. When the position of the gear (teeth, slots) is rotated by magnetic conductive materials, MR Reluctance sensing components with magnets (generating magnetic field) are easy to sense the change of gear position and speed detection.

It is made of thin film reluctance chip with built-in magnetic steel and packaged with metal shell. The output signal is digital square wave signal or sine-wave signal. The series of products have built-in signal amplifier and no built-in signal amplifier two types, the size of Φ8.5*6.5, Φ10*10, Φ13*8, Φ12.6*20, Φ12.9*12.7 and other specifications can meet a variety of different requirements of customers.

Use precautions
1, the sensor rated working voltage is 5V, the maximum working voltage is 10V, do not exceed the range of use.
2, strictly according to the requirements of each type of product correct wiring, do not connect wire wrongly! Otherwise the sensor is easily burned!
3, the use of the sensor temperature -30-70ºC.
4, the sensor sensor head part of the wall thickness is very thin, do not bump, wear, otherwise easy to cause sensor damage!
5, when the needle sensor is used on the computer flat machine, in order to ensure the accuracy of the phase difference, the position of the B sensor needs to be adjusted when installing the sensor so that the phase difference of the output signal of the A and B sensors is 90 (detected with an oscilloscope).
