Decription
VPS (Vibration pickup sensor) Vibration sensor, mainly used to measure the vibration of the bearing, housing or mechanical structure. The vibration of the rotor, which is supported by the roll, is transmitted to the bearing seat, mounted on the frame or very close to the vibration sensor on the housing. The vibration sensor can measure the mechanical vibration (relative to the absolute vibration of the free space) of the rotating or reciprocating mechanical motion, and provide signals to the detection instrument for predicting and alarming the mechanical failure.
The company has developed three categories of vibration sensors (magnetoelectric induction, accelerometer and eddy current induction) to adapt to different working conditions, meet the low frequency (0.5Hz-20Hz), intermediate frequency 10Hz-300Hz and high frequency (50Hz-2000Hz) vibration detection.
The magnetic induction vibration sensor cuts the magnetic field line by the internal moving coil and outputs the voltage. It uses the principle of magnetic induction to convert the vibration velocity into the voltage output, and the output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity, so it is also called the speed vibration sensor.
