Pt100 Fast Response Temperature Sensor for Boiler
Platinum resistance thermometers (PRT) as a Resistance temperature Detector (RTD) offer excellent accuracy over a wide temperature range (from -200 to 850 °C). Standard Sensors are available with various accuracy specifications and numerous packaging options to suit most applications.
Pt100/Pt1000 elements are specified over a temperature range of -200°C to 850°C however the actual operating temperature is determined by the construction of the probe into which they are incorporated. Soldering the Pt100 to PVC makes typical low cost probes or silicon insulated copper wires. Obviously the maximum temperature of the insulation limits these. For higher temperature work the Pt100 is silver soldered or crimped onto mineral insulated wires and embedded in an insulating medium such as aluminum oxide powder.
Pt100/Pt1000, it is available in a wide range of temperature, In addition temperature transmitters of 4-20mA and 0-5 Volts can be support.

Application
Fast-response mini temperature sensor is for measuring rapid changes in temperature in heat exchangers and hot water mixing circuits.
The compact heat exchangers and hot water generators only contain a small amount of material, thus having a low heat storage capacity. this means that the medium to be heated changes its temperature rapidly. under these conditions, fast-response temperature sensors must be used to guarantee stable temperature control. the type mini temperature sensor has proven well for this purpose.
