Magnetic Guidance Sensor MGS-H01
Description
MGS-H01 is a step analog voltage output type magnetic navigation sensor for AGV. MGS-01 is composed of 15 bit original magnetic sensor elements, encoder and D/A converter. The step analog voltage (Deviation out) changes proportional to a relative position between MGS-01 and a magnetic guide tape. MGS-01 has a route selection function signal the step voltage changes according to the instruction signal. Gate signal (Gate out) indicating a controllable area is simultaneously output.
Internal 15 magnetic sensors detect a magnetic flux from a magnetic tape as follow
Patterns of activated sensors are analyzed and 3 types of control signal (Deviation out/ Step analog output) for AGV are generated.
