Description
The ultrasonic level sensor LUT-200 is an upgraded version of LUT-100. Can be installed on the closed container surface, with no open hole. It has large measurement range, can test varities of liquid, easy to install, high reliability. The sensor has fast measurement response, continuous measurement, high precision, and relative error within 3mm, which can meet the needs of real-time measurement of on-site liquid level. It is especially suitable for accurate measurement of liquid levels of various toxic substance, strong acids, strong alkalis, and pure liquid storage containers in high temperature and pressure.
Features
1) Fast response, continuous measurement, high precision
Short measurement time, the response is timely, not afected by high pressure or foam in the container, high precision. With self-adjusting and alarm switch output functions.
2) Easy to install, durable and reliable
The installation do not need to open holes on the container, no flange, no containing pipe, can be installed during production, do not need to empty the container. There are no moving mechanical parts in the measuring head, strictly sealed from the outside, do not wear or corrode, super durable and reliable. The maintain workload is small.
3) Large range liquid level measurement and many types of liquid can be measured
The sensor has a larege measurement range, 0.3 - 30m, users can program according to actual situations. The measureable liquid types include liquid ammonia, vinyl chloride, liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied natural gas, propane, butane, ethylene, propylene, butadiene, acetone, gasoline, kerosene, diesel, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, aqua regia, etc. Inflammable, explosive, strong corrosion, strong invasive medium level.
