Product Description

TSP-030303  Temperature Sensor for Cooling Fluid Coolant
Parameters:

1. Range of the operating temperatures from - 40°C to +150 °C.
2. The output parameter of the sensor is the function of temperature and characterized by the value of resistance
3. Changes of  the output parameters of the sensor with the repeated measurements must be not more than ±2% at the temperature of 15°C;  ±0,5% at the temperature of 128°C.
4. The time constant of sensor must be 10 - 30 s.
5. Electrical resistance between any outlets and housing of the sensor must be not less than 20 Mohm with constant voltage 500 V.
6. The sensor must be operable after the influence of 16 V voltage between any outlets and housing of the sensor during (5 ± 0,5) min.
7. Insulation between any of the outlets and housing of the sensor must withstand without the breakdown and the surface overlap during 1 minute of influence of the sinusoidal alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz. The effective value of testing voltage of which 550 V.
8. Rated rotational moment of the tightening is 20 N*m. The housing of the sensor must withstand without destruction 150% of rated rotational moment.
9. Sensor must ensure impermeability at the interfaces in the place of installation in temperature range of the cooling fluid from - 40°C to +135°C, with the pressure  145 kPa.
10. Degree of protection from the water IP65.
