TVPC-01 Temperature and speed controller
TVPC-01 Temperature and speed controller is a new product independently developed by Shanghai Yuanben Magnetoelectric Technology Co., LTD., with independent intellectual property rights. It is the upgrade product of fusible plug and temperature control plug and travel switch, simple installation, no contact, no wear, no maintenance.
TVPC-01 Temperature speed controller is a moment-limited hydraulic coupling safety protection device, which is composed of temperature speed induction plug and signal detection probe. The temperature and speed sensing plug is tightly screwed on the aluminum shell of the coupling, and the thread specification of the sensing plug is M18*1.5 or M24*1.5. The signal detection probe is installed on the bracket, and the distance between the probe and the sensing plug is 2.0mm. The installation is simple, no contact, no wear and no maintenance is required. To solve the problem that the temperature protection plug (fusible plug) overtemperature oil injection, pollution of the environment, can not detect the spindle speed or add speed detection device. TVPC temperature speed controller can detect the spindle output speed, detect low speed, the controller will immediately cut off the power, can also be set at the temperature alarm, cut off the motor power, protect the motor and the hydraulic coupling (shaft coupling). The product has high reliability and stable performance, and has been widely used in the temperature control safety devices in the transmission fields of ore, cement crushing, crusher, electric power, coal, metallurgy, wind power, petroleum power machinery, etc.

Temperature control point, there are 55ºC, 65ºC , 80ºC , 105ºC, 125ºC and other specifications for customers to choose to apply in different fields.
The Temperature speed probe (transmitter) comprises an stainless steel bearer screw with an in-built magnet system which changes its field strength according to the temperature. The magnet system is designed so that at a pick-up distance of 2 mm a cut-out temperature of 125 degree C results. If the gap between the pick-up and the transmitter is greater, the controler of temperature and speed donot work at lower temperatures.
The Magnetic Temperature Switches also named the thermal reed switch, are one of the major products as a curie temperature control element. And they are temperature-operated, direct control type temperature switch that provide both a sensing and contact mechanism, which ideally suitable for applications requiring small in size, predise operation with a high reliability.
