5. Installation and precautions
1). Rotate the switch in the specified direction according to the section mark to ensure that the side-mounted float can rotate up and down flexibly.
2). For single-point level switches, N.O or N.C switch forms, The conversion can be achieved by inverting the end face of the float. For LSAZ side-mounted level switches, N.O or N.C switch forms, the switch can be switched by rotating the switch 180° according to the end face mark.
Application
1. The float level control switch is used to measure the liquid level of oil, water, sewage, acid, alkali and other media in open containers and pressurized containers in civil construction, sewage treatment, water purification and other industries. For liquid addition (discharge) control and upper and lower limit alarm control, or automatic start and stop of the pump, so as to achieve automatic monitoring and drainage of the pump without anyone to ensure the safety of the pump.
2. Liquid level switches are used in household appliances, such as fully automatic washing machines, water dispensers, water boilers, dishwashers, household and commercial electric heaters, and liquid medicines. They transmit signals over long distances, provide on-site indications, monitor liquid levels, and control the start and stop of pumps or the switch of valves to control liquid levels, or perform high and low liquid level alarms.
3. Liquid level switches are telecommunication control devices used for liquid level heights in automobiles and industrial equipment. When the liquid level reaches the set high and low positions, the electrical contacts of the liquid level switch are disconnected or closed. By connecting it to the electrical circuit, signal alarms or control of the liquid addition (discharge) solenoid valve and electric pump can be realized, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling the liquid level.
